Blue Bell, PA – Acme-Hardesty, a division of Jacob Stern and Sons, Inc. and an industry leader in sustainable specialty ingredients, has signed a letter of intent to enter into a distribution agreement with Green Mountain Biotech (GMB), a manufacturer of synergistic botanical blends based on traditional Chinese medicine, for the personal care industry. Acme-Hardesty will be GMB’s channel partner for the personal care market across the United States.
