Policies

Return Policy: Requests to return material must be made within 30 days of original delivery date. Any claims beyond 30 days of delivery date will not be honored. Visible damage or shortage found upon delivery must be reported to Acme-Hardesty Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed damages must be reported to Acme-Hardesty within 30 days of receipt. Any claim with visible or concealed damage that is beyond 30 days from original delivery will not be honored. Packaged product must be unopened, in original packaging, all seals, labels and marketings must be intact with no additional marks or labels added. The customer is responsible for return freight costs to Seller’s warehouse. Bulk liquid material and material purchased under specifications for the customer are not eligible for returns. Cancellation Policy: Acme-Hardesty acknowledges that Customers may need to modify or cancel an order placed for Product. The customer will be responsible for costs incurred to modify or cancel an order without advanced notice of at least 72 hours prior to the shipping date from the customer order confirmation. Requests sto modify or cancel an order are subject to review by the Seller and may be denied. Contact your Sales Representative regarding your order.     

 

Delivery Policy: Products will be delivered to Customer as provided in the customer order documents. Customer assumes all risk of loss from the time the Product is loaded onto rail car or truck for shipment to Customer. Customer will be responsible for payment of all freight and transportation charges from Seller’s point of loaded to delivery address specified in the customer’s order. Delivery dates are approximate and are predicated on prompt receipt by Seller of all necessary information and documentation from Customer. Refund Policy: Refunds due to customers for accepted and approved returned products, or adjustment to reduce a customer invoice amount due, will be posted to the customer’s account as a credit on account. Please allow up to 30 days for Acme-Hardesty to process the refund. Contact Customer Service regarding your order.
